X.28 Commands

  • call <address> - Call a remote X.121 address (e.g., call 737411 or just 737411)
  • clr/clear - Clear the current call
  • iclr/iclear - Send clear invitation to remote PAD
  • stat/status - Display connection status (FREE or ENGAGED)
  • par?/par/read - Display local PAD parameters
  • set <p>:<v>[,<p>:<v>] - Set local PAD parameter(s) (e.g., set 2:1,15:0)
  • set?/setread <p>:<v> - Set and display local parameter(s)
  • rpar?/rread [params] - Read remote PAD parameter(s) (e.g., rpar? 2,13)
  • rset?/rsetread <p>:<v> - Set and read remote parameter(s)
  • help/? - Display PAD information

Usage

When connected to a remote host, all input is sent directly. Use Ctrl+P to return to PAD command mode (PAD recall). Press Enter on an empty line in command mode to return to data mode.

Service Signals

  • COM - Connected to remote host
  • CLR CONF - Call cleared (confirmation)
  • FREE - PAD is free (not connected)
  • ENGAGED - PAD is engaged (connected)
  • ERR - Error in command or operation
  • PAR <params> - Local parameter values
  • RPAR <params> - Remote parameter values
